Completed Projects
In our three decades of presence,
we have successfully completed
myriad projects, both commercial and
residential, in prime areas of Delhi
and north India.
Amongst our commercial
undertakings, we have developed many
projects including Hemkunt Chambers
in Nehru Place; construction and
site development of Raja Biscuit
Factory in Haridwar; a corporate
office complex in Zamrudpur, and
many others.
Our residential undertakings have
helped develop Group Housing Tower
at Ansal’s Sushant Estate in
Gurgaon; Factory Road Apartments
near Safdarjung Hospital; and
various luxury apartments in South
Delhi areas such as Vasant Vihar,
West End, Friends Colony, New
Friends Colony, Sri Fort Road,
Greater Kailash I and II and Greater
Kailash Enclave.
